摘要
为探索长期课余体育锻炼对小升初阶段学生身体自尊的影响,在课余锻炼、身体自尊等方面对442名学生进行了问卷调查,并采用双因素方差分析探索了年级、锻炼情况对身体自尊的影响。主要结论:长期课余锻炼能够显著提高5~8年级学生对自己健康、运动技能、身体活动、力量、速度、耐力、身体价值、整体自尊的满意度,能提高6年级、8年级学生对自己身体吸引力、外貌、柔韧、协调的满意度,但是不能显著提高7年级学生对自己身体吸引力、外貌、柔韧、协调的满意度;随着年级升高,无课余锻炼习惯学生的身体自尊有降低趋势,但是长期坚持课余锻炼学生的身体自尊没有降低趋势,6年级、8年级学生的身体自尊有提高趋势;长期课余锻炼的7年级学生的身体自尊普遍低于6年级和8年级。
In order to explore the effect of long-term after-school physical exercise on physical self-perception of students at the from-primary-school-to-junior-high-school stage,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 442 students on the aspects of after-school physical exercise and physical self-perception,and two-factor analysis of variance was used to explore the effects of grade and physical exercise on physical self-perception.Main conclusions are as follows:long-term after-school physical exercise can significantly improve students’satisfaction with their health,sport skills,physical activities,strength,speed,endurance,physical value,and overall self-perception in grades 5 to 8,and improve students’satisfaction in grades 6 and 8 with physical attractiveness,appearance,flexibility,and coordination,but cannot significantly improve the satisfaction of students in grade 7 with their physical attractiveness,appearance,flexibility,and coordination;as the grade rises,the physical self-perception of students without extracurricular exercise habits tends to decrease,however,the physical self-perception of students with long-term after-school physical exercise does not decrease,and the physical self-perception of students in grades 6 and 8 has a tendency to increase;the physical self-perception of students in grade 7 who exercise for a long time after school is generally lower than that of students of 6th and 8th grades.
