摘要
目的:探讨结核病治疗前后机体氧化还原态的变化。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月确诊的肺结核病住院患者22例作为研究对象,以同期健康体检者22例作为对照,取患者静脉血,检测血浆还原型谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)与氧化型谷胱甘肽(oxidized glutathione,GSSG),还原型辅酶II(Reducetive nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADPH)与氧化型辅酶II(Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADP+),计算GSH/GSSG和NADPH/NADP+的比值,评价结核病患者治疗前后机体氧化还原态的变化。结果:结核病患者机体氧化还原态向氧化方向偏移,但治疗前较治疗后向氧化方向偏移更为明显。结论:机体的氧化还原态与疾病的严重程度和治疗效果有着一定的关系。
Objective:It aims to investigate the redox status in tuberculosis patients.Methods:A total of 22 tuberculosis patients who confirmed in hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.Another 22 healthy individuals were selected as control group.Vein blood plasma glutathione(reduced form GSH and oxidized form GSSG)were measured by fluorescence spectrophotometry.The reduced form NADPH and oxidized form NADP+were measured by UV spectrophotometry.Redox status was evaluated by GSH/GSSG and NADPH/NADP+.Results:The GSH/GSSG and NADPH/NADP+redox status in plasma of patients with tuberculosis deviated to pro-oxidative,and the deviation was more obvious after treatment.Conclusion:The redox status of the body is related to the disease severity and therapeutic effect.
