早期颅骨修补术治疗颅脑外伤术后颅骨缺损的疗效

Efficacy of Early Skull Repair on Skull Defect After Craniocerebral Trauma

目的:研究颅脑外伤术后颅骨缺损使用早期颅骨修补术治疗的效果。方法:92例颅脑外伤术后颅骨缺损病人,随机分为控制组及参考组,各46例。控制组使用早期颅骨修补术,参考组使用晚期颅骨修补术。比较两组病人的预后效果。结果:控制组病人的预后效果优于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。控制组病人的不良反应发生率低于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅脑外伤术后颅骨缺损病人使用早期颅骨修补术治疗,可改善相关症状,值得推广。

Objective:To study the effect of early skull repair on skull defect after craniocerebral trauma.Methods:Ninety-two patients with skull defect after craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into control and reference groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was applied by early cranial repair while reference group was performed by advanced cranial repair.The prognostic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Control patients had better prognostic outcomes than reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in production patients was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of early skull repair in patients with craniocerebral trauma could improve relevant symptoms and deserve promotion.
