摘要
目的:分析在新生儿代谢疾病筛查中,采用三棱针采血、安全锁卡式采血针的临床应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年10月在宜春市妇幼保健院产科出生的200例足月新生儿作为此次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中,观察组新生儿100例,采用安全锁卡式采血针采血,对照组新生儿100例,采用三棱针采血,对比两组家长的患者满意度、采血结果以及新生儿不良反应发生情况。结果:研究结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组家长护理满意度明显较高,一次采血成功率与血片合格率明显较高,新生儿不良反应发生率明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:将安全锁卡式采血针应用于新生儿代谢性疾病筛查中效果显著,不仅一次采血成功率高,血片质量高,还能使患者满意度提高并减少对新生儿造成的损伤,从而大大提升护士的工作效率,较为适合在临床推广使用。
Objective:It aims to analyze the clinical application of blood collection three-edged needle and safety lock needle inthescreening of metabolic disease in newborns.Methods:A total of 200 full-term neonates born in the Department of Obstetrics of Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Among them,100 neonates in the observation group were blood collected with safety lock needle,while others in the control group were blood collected with three-edge needle.The patient satisfaction,blood collection results and the incidence of adverse reactions of neonates were compared.Results:The results showed that the satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.Moreover,the success rate of one-time blood collection and pass rate of blood collectionwere significantly higher than that in control group,while the incidence of neonatal adverse reactions was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of blood collection safety lock needle in the screening of neonatal metabolic diseases has a significant positive effects.It not only has a high success rate of one-time blood collection and high quality of blood collection,but also could improve the patient satisfaction and reduce the harm to the newborn.It could greatly improve the work efficiency of nurses andbe more suitable for clinical application.
