Causes and Countermeasures of Unqualified Microbiological Test Samples

目的:分析检验科微生物检验标本不合格的原因及应对对策。方法:对我院370例患者标本进行微生物检验,统计2018年1月至2021年1月实施质量控制管理前后标本不合格率,分析微生物检验标本不合格的原因。结果:实施质量控制管理后,标本总不合格率3.2%,显著低于实施质量控制管理前标本总不合格率18.4%(P<0.05)。结论:检验科微生物检验标本不合格的原因有很多,如采集时间、样本量、污染以及送检时间等,因此,应根据标本不合格影响实施质量控制,从而提高标本合格率,继而提高检测结果正确率,为患者能及时得到正确的治疗方式提供有力的依据。

Objective:To analyze the causes and Countermeasures of unqualified microbial test samples in laboratory department.Methods:A total of 370 patients(185 before and after quality control management)were obtained from our hospital for microbiological examination.The unqualified rate of samples before and after quality control management from January 2018 to January 2021 was counted.The causes of unqualified microbiological examination samples were analyzed.Results:After the implementation of quality control management,the total unqualified rate of samples was 3.2%.It was significantly lower than 18.4%,of which patients before implementation of quality control management(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many reasons for unqualified microbiological test samples in the laboratory department,such as collection time,sample size,pollution and submission time.Therefore,quality control should be implemented according to the impact of unqualified samples to improve the qualified rate of samples and the accuracy of test results.It provides a strong basis for patients to get the correct treatment in time.
