院外延续护理对鼻咽癌化疗患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing Outside Hospital on Psychological State and Life Quality of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients Treated with Chemotherapy

目的:探讨院外延续护理对鼻咽癌化疗患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:采用随机对照原则将2019年8月~2020年8月我院行化疗治疗的80例鼻咽癌患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组出院后接受电话随访,并遵医嘱进行定期治疗和检查。观察组在此基础上开展院外延续护理。比较两组患者出院后3个月心理状态与生活质量的差异。结果:观察组出院后3个月SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分、SDS(抑郁自评量表)评分均低于对照组,数据间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组出院后3个月PF(躯体功能)评分、RF(角色功能)评分、CF(认知功能)评分、EF(情绪功能)评分和SF(社会功能)评分均高于对照组,数据间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:实施院外延续护理在改善鼻咽癌化疗患者的心理状态和生活质量方面有显著作用,应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing outside hospital on psychological state and life quality of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with chemotherapy.Methods:Eight patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received telephone follow-up after discharge and received regular treatment and examination according to the doctor's advice.On this basis,the observation group took continuous nursing outside hospital.The differences of psychological status and life quality between the two groups at 3 months after discharge were compared.Results:The SAS(self rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(self rating Depression Scale)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group with 3 months after discharge(P<0.05).After three months continuous nursing outside hospital,PF(physical function)score,RF(role function)score,CF(cognitive function)score,EF(emotional function)score and SF(social function)score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of continuous nursing outside hospital plays a significant role in improving the psychological state and life quality of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with chemotherapy.
