摘要
以萝卜种子为受体,研究对连作具有不同耐性的龙牙百合和铁炮百合的鳞片和根际土壤浸提液对其种子萌发、芽苗生长及主要酶活性的影响,从化感角度分析他们对萝卜种子及芽苗生长的自毒机理。结果显示,二种百合鳞片和根际土壤浸提液化感作用存在差异,忌连作龙牙百合鳞片浸提液化感抑制作用小于耐连作铁炮百合鳞片浸提液;龙牙百合根际土壤浸提液化感作用大于铁炮百合根际土壤浸提液。
The effect of Lilium brownii var.viridulum and Lilium longiflorum bulbs or rhizosphere soil extracts on radish seed germination and seedling growth was studied,and the self-toxicity mechanism was analyzed based on the perspective of allelopathy.The results showed that the bulb or rhizosphere soil extracts were different in allelopathy between the two species.The inhibitory effect of the extracts of L.longiflorum in continuous cropping was less than that of L.brownii var.viridulum,while that in the rhizosphere soil was greater than that of L.brownii var.viridulum.
