中东剧变以来,中东地区安全形势持续动荡,热点问题此起彼伏,局部风险不时急剧攀升,安全局势处于不断变化和部分失序状态。中东地区是全球安全治理最薄弱的环节。中东安全失序产生的外溢效应不仅危及周边地区,还波及世界其他国家和地区。中东国家面临的军事和政治等传统安全问题尚未解除,国际油价下跌和突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情使中东地区原本动荡的安全局势雪上加霜。经济问题、公共卫生治理问题、恐怖主义和极端主义等非传统安全威胁与地区的传统安全威胁相互交织,域外大国的干涉使中东地区的安全局势愈发复杂、混乱。安全问题成为中东地区国家稳定和发展的绊脚石,中东地区的安全治理难度极大,任重道远。

Since the outbreak of the upheaval in the Middle East,the security situation in the Middle East is in a state of constant turbulence,hot issues emerge one after another,local risks rise sharply from time to time,and the security situation is in a state of constant change and partial disorder.The Middle East is the weakest link in global security governance.The spillover effect of the Middle East security issue not only endangers the surrounding areas,but also affects other countries and regions in the world.The traditional security crisis,such as military and political affairs,has not been lifted.The fall in international oil prices and COVID-19 made the volatile security situation worsened.The non-traditional security threats such as economic security,public health management,terrorism and extremism are accompanied by the traditional security threats of the region.The interference of foreign powers has made the security situation in the Middle East more complicated and chaotic.Security issues have become a stumbling block for the stability and development of the Middle East countries.The security management in the Middle East is very difficult and has a long way to go.
