产学研三位一体理念下高校创新创业教育生态系统研究

产学研三位一体理念为高校、企业等主体协同建设创新创业教育生态系统提供了独特的思路,对高校建设创新创业教育生态系统提出了迫切要求。新形势下产业升级的加快和高质量就业创业也迫切需要建设高校创新创业教育生态系统。当前,部分高校还面临对创新创业教育认识不深、资源要素联动不够和育人成效低、相关链条衔接不紧密和对接机制不畅等问题。对此,高校应牢固树立产学研三位一体理念,以市场为导向调动各方主体,强化相关资源要素联动,贯通产学研三位一体全链条,持续推进创新创业教育生态系统建设。

The trinity concept of industry-university-research institutes provides unique ideas for the collaborative construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystems by universities,enterprises and other entities,and puts forward urgent requirements for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystems in universities.Under the new situation,the acceleration of industrial upgrading and high-quality employment and entrepreneurship also urgently require universities to build an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.At present,some colleges and universities are still facing problems such as inadequate understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education,insufficient linkage of resource elements,low efficiency in educating people,inadequate linking of related chains,and poor docking mechanisms.In this regard,colleges and universities should firmly establish the concept of a trinity of industry,education and research,mobilize all parties based on the market,strengthen the linkage of relevant resources and elements,run through the entire chain of industry,education and research,and continue to promote the construction of an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
