工匠精神作为新时代高校大学生劳动教育的一种价值指向,对大学生劳动教育具有重要意义。工匠精神视角下新时代高校大学生劳动教育存在劳动教育流于形式、劳动教育内容陈旧、劳动教育趋向功利的问题。因此,工匠精神视阈下的大学生劳动教育价值回归,要注重工具理性与价值理性的统一,要重视劳动技能训练,锻造巧工能匠;要重视劳动素养养成,培育良好习惯;要注重劳动价值引导,推动劳动教育正本溯源。

As a value orientation of College Students’labor education in the new era,craftsman spirit is of great significance to college students'labor education.From the perspective of craftsman spirit,there are some problems in the labor education of college students in the new era,such as labor education is a mere formality,the content of labor education is old,and labor education tends to be utilitarian.Therefore,the value return of College Students'labor education from the perspective of craftsman spirit should pay attention to the unity of instrumental rationality and value rationality,pay attention to labor skill training and forge skilled workers;Pay attention to the cultivation of labor quality and cultivate good habits;Pay attention to the guidance of labor value and promote the origin of labor education.
