中药夏枯草化学成分及药理作用研究概述

Summary of the Research on the Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Actions of Prunella Vulgaris

中药夏枯草为唇形科多年生草本植物,在临床上广泛使用。其味苦辛、性寒,具有清肝明目、消肿、散结等功效。夏枯草主要含有黄酮类、萜类、有机酸类、糖类、甾醇类、香豆素类、苯丙素类及挥发油类等化学成分。近年来药理学研究显示夏枯草具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、调节免疫、降血压、降血糖及降血脂等多种药理作用。本文拟对中药夏枯草化学成分及药理研究状况进行综述,为其进一步基础研究与临床使用提供依据。

The traditional Chinese medicine Prunella vulgaris is a perennial herb of the Lamiaceae family and is widely used clinically. Its taste is bitter, cold in nature, and has the effects of clearing the liver, improving eyesight, reducing swelling, and dispelling lumps. Prunella vulgaris mainly contains flavonoids, terpenes, organic acids, sugars, sterols, coumarins, phenylpropanoids and volatile oils. In recent years, pharmacological studies have shown that Prunella vulgaris has various pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, immune regulation, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar and lowering blood lipids. This article intends to review the chemical constituents and pharmacological research status of Chinese medicine Prunella vulgaris, and provide a basis for its further basic research and clinical use.
