摘要
在总结国内外冷却塔淋水填料性能测试装置的基础上,搭建了一套填料性能测试试验系统。通过试验,保持进水温度和进水流量不变,模拟不同湿球温度下,对比闭式冷却塔填料表面油膜清洗前和清洗后的换热性能,分析出填料表面油膜对闭式冷却塔换热性能的影响。研究得到的性能规律对该种淋水填料在实际塔中的应用具有重要的指导意义。
On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign equipment for testing the performance of cooling tower water-eluting packing, a set of testing system for packing performance was built. Through the test, the inlet water temperature and inlet water flow rate are kept constant, and the heat transfer performance of the packing surface of the closed cooling tower before and after cleaning is compared under different wet bulb temperatures. The influence of the oil film on the heat transfer performance of the packing surface of the closed cooling tower is analyzed. The performance law obtained from the study is of great guiding significance for the application of this kind of leached filler in the practical tower.
