聚酮树脂的研究进展

摘要 聚酮树脂是一类以脂肪族酮、脂肪族-芳香族酮与醛类化合物等反应形成的一类线性共缩聚化合物,综合性能优异,在业内号称"万能树脂",通常作为助剂加入涂料、油墨中以获得更好的涂膜光泽度、硬度、颜料润湿性,同时起到降低体系粘度以及提升固含量等效果。本文依照纪年顺序对聚酮树脂的相关研究工作进行了综述,重点介绍了环己酮-甲醛树脂、苯乙酮-甲醛树脂的合成及其研究进展情况。 Polyketone resin is a kind of linear co-polycondensation compound formed by the reaction of aliphatic ketones, aliphatic aromatic ketones and aldehydes. It has excellent comprehensive properties and is known as “universal resin” in the industry. It is usually added to coatings and inks as an auxiliary to obtain better film gloss, hardness and pigment wettability, at the same time, it can reduce the viscosity of the system and increase the solid content. In this paper, the related research work of polyketone resin was reviewed in chronological order, with emphasis on the synthesis and research progress of cyclohexanone formaldehyde resin and acetophenone formaldehyde resin.
