摘要
通风系统防爆设计是预防蒸气或粉尘爆炸的重要手段。本文从通风系统的布局、如何保证通风系统的有效性和可靠性等方面来讨论避免环境中爆炸性混合物的形成;同时考虑了通风系统内部处理设施可能的爆炸性风险及控制策略,重点讨论了活性炭吸附、RTO(蓄热式热氧化炉)和粉尘处理设施中的火灾爆炸风险。可为化工或工贸行业通风系统的防爆设计提供参考。
Ventilation system design is an important means to prevent vapor or dust explosion.This paper discusses how to avoid formation of explosive mixture in the environment from aspects of layout design of ventilation system and how to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of ventilation system.At the same time,potential explosive risks and control strategies of internal treatment facilities of the ventilation system are considered.The fire and explosion risks in activated carbon adsorption,RTO(regenerative thermal oxidizer)and dust treatment facilities are discussed,which can provide a reference for explosion-proof design of the ventilation system in chemical and other industries.
