钼蓝分光光度法测定银精矿中的二氧化硅 被引量:1

摘要 二氧化硅的含量高低对银精矿的冶炼工艺有重要影响,其准确测定具有重要意义。研究了样品熔样方式、试验过程、共存元素的干扰等因素对二氧化硅检测的影响。选取最优条件,最终建立钼蓝分光光度法测定银精矿中二氧化硅的方法,填补银精矿中二氧化硅检测方法的空白。利用此方法测银精矿中二氧化硅含量,加标回收率为96.4%~105.6%,且测试结果的相对标准偏差在0.99%~4.46%之间。该方法回收率好、重现性好,能够对银精矿中二氧化硅进行准确的定量分析。 Silicon dioxide content has an important influence on the smelting process of silver concentrate,and its accurate determination is of great significance.The test researches the effects of dissolution method,process,the interference of coexisting elements and so on on the determination of silicon dioxide.Under the optimum condition,a method for the determination of silicon dioxide content in silver concentrates was established by molybdenum blue spectrophotometry filling the blank of the detection method of silica dioxide in silver concentrates.The recovery was 96.4%~105.6%,and the relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.99%~4.46%.The method shows good recovery and repeatability.It is suitable for the determination of silicon dioxide in silver concentrates.
