绿色生物制造背景下《酶工程》教学的探索与思考

摘要 绿色生物制造被认为是未来制造业绿色变革的重要突破口,相关专业技术人才则是推动这一变革的主体力量。酶是一种绿色高效的生物催化剂,酶工程相关技术的开发与推广可以为制造业的诸多领域提供绿色的生产方案。因此,作为绿色生物制造的重要组成,在《酶工程》课程的本科教学中应对接绿色生物制造人才培养需求,适时调整教学内容、教学模式、教学方法,从而使学生在学习教学知识点的基础上,更好地了解酶工程产业现状和发展趋势,理解绿色制造的发展理念。 Green bio-manufacturing is proposed as an important breakthrough in the future green reform of manufacturing industry, and professional and technical talents should be the main force to promote the green reform. Enzyme is a green and efficient biocatalyst. The development and promotion of enzyme engineering-related technologies can provide green production solutions for many fields in the manufacturing industry. Therefore, as a key component of green bio-manufacturing, the enzyme engineering course for undergraduate should meet the needs of green bio-manufacturing talents cultivation. Subsequently, some contents, teaching modes and teaching methods of enzyme engineering course need to adjusted, to make the students have better understand on not only the key knowledge points, but also on the status and development trend of the enzyme engineering industry and development concept of green manufacturing.
