摘要
560~600 nm黄绿色激光是共焦显微镜、流式细胞术、皮肤和牙科医疗、皮肤美容、精密光谱学、大气激光雷达、激光多普勒测速和其他生物成像设备的理想光源,它也是激光治疗复杂眼科疾病和癌症的最佳光源。非线性频率变换技术(和频与倍频)是获得高效、稳定、紧凑黄绿光激光器是一种有效可行的方法。本文综述了基于准相位匹配PPLN、PPMgLN晶体的黄绿激光器各个类型、输出参数、性能以及发展趋势。
The yellow-green laser at 560~600 nm is an ideal light source for confocal microscopy,flow cytometry,skin and dental medicine,skin cosmetology,precision spectroscopy,atmospheric lidar,laser Doppler velocimetry and other biological imaging equipment.It is also one of the best choices for laser treatment of complex ophthalmic diseases and cancer phototherapy.Nonlinear frequency conversion technology(sum-frequency or double-frequency)is an effective and feasible method to obtain an efficient,stable and compact yellow green laser.In this paper,the types,output parameters,performance and development trends of the yellow-green lasers based on the quasi-phase-matched PPLN and PPMgLN crystals are researched.
