基于红外数字全息的水分含量检测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 红外数字全息有不易受可见光干扰、对系统稳定性要求不高等优点,在许多领域都有应用价值;而水分对多个波段的红外光都有很强的吸收效应,将该特点与红外数字全息相结合,以新鲜三七切片作为被测对象,随着时间推进,其表面水分含量逐渐减少,表面对物光吸收逐渐减弱,物光逐渐增强,全息图的条纹对比度发生变化,通过对实验中拍摄到的全息图的条纹对比度进行计算,其整体变化趋势与预期的水分含量变化趋势相符合,验证了该方法的可行性。并添加模拟近红外法测水分含量实验,对比实验结果,体现出本文所提出方法在测量精度上的优越性。 Infrared digital holography has the advantages of being less susceptible to visible light interference and low requirements for system stability,and has application value in many fields.The moisture has a strong absorption effect on the infrared light of multiple bands.Combining this characteristic with the infrared digital holography,the fresh Panax notoginseng slice is taken as the tested object.As time goes on,the moisture content on the surface gradually decreases,the absorption of the object light on the surface gradually weakens,the object light gradually increases,and the fringe contrast of the hologram changes.Through the calculation of the fringe contrast of the hologram taken in the experiment,the overall change trend is consistent with the expected moisture content change trend,which verifies the feasibility of this method.Then,the experiment of measuring moisture content by simulated near infrared method is added.The comparison of the experimental results show the superiority of the proposed method in the measurement accuracy.
