摘要
飞块机构是机械离心式调速器或复合式调试器的重要组成部分。本文对某船用柴油机调速器飞块机构进行动力学仿真分析,研究飞块的运动特性,验证飞块与调速弹簧的设计及匹配合理性。结果表明:调速器在至少200~1400r/min之间可对速度进行有效调节,且调速过程平稳。
Flying hammer mechanism is an important component.of mechanical centrifugal governor or compound governor.In this paper,the flying hammer mechanism of a marine diesel governor is analyzed by dynamic simulation,and the motion characteristics of flying hammer are studied to check whether the design and matching of the flying hammer and the governor spring are reasonable.The results show that the governor can at least effectively regulate the speed between 200~1400r/min,and the speed regulation process is stable.
