摘要
本文系统介绍零部件疲劳极限法的数据处理方法,以曲轴和机体为研究对象,分别采用正态分布和韦布尔(Weibull)分布进行可靠性数据分析,研究50%和90%存活率下疲劳极限强度变化趋势及两种分布的统计结果的差异性。分析结果表明:50%存活率下疲劳极限强度的两种分布数据分析所得结果基本一致,相对误差比较小;大于90%存活率时,两种分布数据分析结果偏差加大,正态分布的疲劳极限强度呈现急剧下降趋势,Weibull分布的疲劳极限强度呈现缓慢下降趋势。
In this paper,the data processing method of the fatigue limit method for parts is systematically introduced.Taking crankshaft and body as research objects,the reliability data analysis is carried out by using normal distribution and Weibull distribution,respectively,to study the variation trend of fatigue limit strength under the survival rate of 50%and 90%and the difference of statistical results between the two distributions.Analysis results show that 50%survival rate lower fatigue limit strength of two kinds of distributed data analysis results,the relative error is small,more than 90%survival rate,two kinds of deviation distribution data analysis results,the intensity of gaussian distribution of fatigue limit is a sharp decline,the fatigue limit of Weibull distribution intensity showed a trend of slow decline.
