摘要
气门桥作为连接气门摇臂和气门的关键部件,可同时驱动多个气门开启和关闭,影响发动机的可靠性和安全性。本文分析了某柴油机进气门桥脱落的实例,结合发动机自身的结构特点,找出导致进气门桥脱落的主要原因为缸盖进气道和废气再循环(EGR)导流管锈蚀,锈蚀物造成气门和导管卡滞,导致气门桥和气门运行不同步而脱落。将长效置换型防锈油喷涂在缸盖进气道,并把EGR导流管材料更换为SUS304不锈钢,从而解决了进气门桥脱落的问题。本文为类似的问题提供了调查思路和排查方法。
As a key component connecting the valve rocker arm and the valve,the valve bridge can drive multiple valves to open and close at the same time,which affects the reliability and safety of the engine.This paper analyzes an example of a diesel engine intake valve bridge falling off,combined with the structural characteristics of the engine itself,and accurately finds out the main reasons causing the intake valve bridge falling off are the rust of the cylinder head intake duct and the EGR guide tube,and the rust causes the valve and the pipe to be stuck,resulting in the valve bridge and the valve to run out of sync and fall off.The cylinder head intake duct is sprayed with long-lasting anti-rust oil,the EGR guide tube material replaced with SUS304,which,thereby,solves the problem of the intake valve bridge falling off.This article provides investigation ideas and method for similar problems.
