通过分析渔船主推用发动机轴系前端增加载荷的市场实际应用需求,结合发动机在该应用端口表现出来的主要失效模式,分析轴系前端带载使用要求对发动机轴系应用可靠性的影响,从仿真角度进行分析,提出对皮带轮螺栓扭矩传递能力、轴系圆角疲劳安全系数、轴承载荷三个方面的设计控制参数的研究方法。

Based on the analysis of the actual market application of the front-end loading of the engine for fishing boats,combined with the failure mode of the engine in the application port,the influence of front-end loading on the engine and the possible failure mode are analyzed,in addition,a research method of design control parameters is proposed,for three aspects of belt pulley bolt torque transmission capacity,shaft fillet fatigue safety factor,and bearing load.
