Research on the Operation Mechanism of Innovative Province Based on System Dynamics—Taking Anhui Province as an Example

省份创新系统是创新型省份建设的关键部分,如何维持其持续良性运行是一个具有现实意义的问题。从分析省份创新系统的构成要素及其相互关系入手,引入系统动力学的理论方法,对创新系统中的创新环境、创新投入、创新产出进行了反馈机制分析,探讨了各个要素间的互动机理,为构建安徽创新型省份提供参考。

The province innovation system is a key part of the construction of innovative provinces.How to maintain its sustainable and healthy operation is a problem of practical significance.Starting from the analysis of the constituent elements of the province’s innovation system and their interrelationships,the theoretical methods of system dynamics are introduced to analyze the feedback mechanism of the innovation environment innovation input, and innovation output in the innovation system. The interaction mechanism between each element is explored, which provides some basic ideas forbuilding an innovative province in Anhui.
