摘要
针对强腐蚀工况下,规整填料塔的塔内件设计和选材问题,设计制造了一种适用于规整填料塔的耐腐蚀填料支撑装置。利用有限元软件模拟了不锈钢(S31603)和PTFE两种材料的填料支撑装置的结构强度和刚度。结果表明:不锈钢材料的填料支撑装置可以满足强度和刚度要求,且经济性和加工难度都比纯四氟材料要好。在此基础上,设计制造了DN400 mm的支撑和收集再分布一体化装置,该装置在含氯工况中运行良好。
Considering tower internals’design and material selection of the structured packing tower in highly corrosive working condition,a corrosion-resistant support structure was designed and the finite element software was adopted to simulate both structural strength and stiffness of the packing support made of S31603 stainless steel and PTFE,respectively.The results show that,the structural strength and rigidity of packing support made of S31603 stainless steels can meet requirements and the stainless steel’s economy and difficulty in processing outperforms PTFE’s.On this basis,an integrated device of DN400 mm stainless steel support and collection redistribution was designed and it runs well in working condition where both fluoride and chlorine stays.
