中美数字孪生研究主题的比较分析——兼论基于结构话题模型的文献主题数据挖掘方法 被引量:5

A Comparative Analysis of the Topics About Digital Twin Between China and U.S.——Also Discussing Research on Data Mining Method of Literature Subject Based on Structural Topic Model

摘要 [研究目的]数字孪生是实现工业4.0的关键技术,揭示中美两国数字孪生研究主题的异同对我国数字孪生的研究与发展具有重要意义。[研究方法]以WOS核心合集中的期刊文献作为分析样本,利用结构话题模型分析方法获得了15个主要的研究主题,然后进行了主题数量、主题内容和主题时序演化等维度的比较分析。[研究结论]中美两国数字孪生研究主题存在较小的共同研究旨趣,研究内容总体差异较大,主题数量差异较小,研究范围差异较大。中美研究者对同一话题的关注内容具有各自鲜明特征。大部分研究主题的强度随着时间发展呈现出了显著变化。根据中美数字孪生研究的主题差异,未来我国需要推动数字孪生关键技术的研发,建立健全数字孪生的研发机制,加速推进数字孪生技术应用领域。 [Research purpose]Digital twin is the key technology to realize Industry 4.0.It is of great significance to reveal the similarities and differences of research topics of digital twin between China and US for the research and development of digital twin in China.[Research method]Taking the journal literature in WOS core collection as the analysis sample,15 main research topics are obtained by using structural topic model analysis method,and then the comparative analyses are made for the number of topics,the content of topics and the temporal evolution of topics.[Research conclusion]There are small common research purports in the research topics of digital twin between China and the US,with large differences in the overall research contents,small differences in the number of topics,and large differences in the scope of research.Chinese and American researchers focus on the same topic with their own distinctive characteristics.The intensity of most research topics has changed significantly over time.According to the theme differences of digital twin between China and US,China needs to promote the research and development of key technologies of digital twin,establish and improve the research and development mechanism of digital twin,and accelerate the application of digital twin.
