摘要 “接诉即办”是走好新时代群众路线的生动实践。从以人民为中心的视角出发,将“接诉即办”运行机制的逻辑关系作为研究对象,论述其以人民为中心发展思想的重要价值、内涵意蕴,详细阐释其内在运行的逻辑规律,即平衡好“继承与创新”“集中与分散”“中央与地方”“权利与义务”“个性与共性”“投入与产出”“约束与激励”七大逻辑关系,既有利于进一步把握“接诉即办”运行机制的内在规律,也有利于进一步理清思路、指导实践、推动工作,进而服务于推进首都治理体系和治理能力现代化。 “Swift response to public complaints”is a vivid practice of Party's mass line in the new era.According to the people-centered thought of development,this paper takes the logical relationship of the operation mechanism of“Swift response to public complaints”as the research object,discussing its important value and connotation implication,making an intensive expounds on the internal operation of seven logical relationships,including“Inheritance and innovation”,“Concentration and decentralization”,“Central and local”,“Rights and obligations”,“Individuality and commonality”,“Input and output”,“Constraints and incentives”.This paper focus on the logic law of the good operation of“Swift response to public complaints”to promote further clarify thinking and daily work,developing more modernized systems and stronger capability for the capital's governance.
