An Analysis of the Integration of Banking Supervision in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——A Case Study of EU Banking Integration

本文基于粤港澳大湾区金融国际化发展的背景下,从银行跨区域合作的角度出发,深入研究粤港澳大湾区银行业监管一体化的实现路径,并以欧盟银行一体化为例,论述区域间银行业监管一体化的基础要素。最终为提升粤港澳三地监管协同水平,完善跨境银行协作机制建言献策。

Based on the background of financial internationalization development in Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area,this paper studies the realization path of banking supervision integration in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the perspective of cross regional cooperation of banks,and discusses the basic elements of inter regional banking supervision integration by taking EU banking integration as an example.Finally,suggestions are put forward to improve the regulatory coordination level of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao and improve the cross-border banking cooperation mechanism.
