叙事护理对脑卒中病人病耻感及自尊的影响

Effect of narrative nursing on the stigma and self-esteem of stroke patients

目的:探讨叙事护理对脑卒中病人病耻感及自尊的影响。方法:方便抽取2020年3月—6月入院的49例脑卒中病人为对照组,实施常规护理;2020年7月—10月入院的46例脑卒中病人为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施8周的叙事护理干预,比较干预前及干预8周后两组脑卒中病人病耻感量表评分和Rosenberg自尊量表评分。结果:干预8周后观察组病人病耻感总分[(45.61±7.79)分]低于对照组[(50.37±8.87)分],Rosenberg自尊量表评分[(24.85±3.35)分]高于对照组[(22.65±2.99)分],两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理有助于降低脑卒中病人的病耻感,提高自尊水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing on the stigma and self-esteem of stroke patients.Methods:Conveniently select 49 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from March to June 2020 as the control group,performing routine care.A total of 46 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from July to October 2020 were enrolled as the observation group,implementing 8 weeks of narrative nursing intervention at the basis of routine care.Compare the scores of the Stroke Stigma Scale and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale of the two groups of stroke patients before intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention.Results:After 8 weeks,the total score of stigma in the observation group(45.61±7.79)was lower than that of the control group(50.37±8.87),and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale score(24.85±3.35)was higher than that of the control group(22.65±2.99),the difference between the two groups was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Narrative nursing could help to reduce the stigma of stroke patients and improve their self-esteem.
