农村老年高血压病人经验性回避现状及影响因素分析

The status quo of experiential avoidance and the analysis of influencing factors in elderly patients with hypertension in rural areas

目的:了解农村老年高血压病人经验性回避的现状,并分析其影响因素,为降低农村老年高血压病人经验性回避水平、减少病人心理问题提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2020年8月—10月选取选取湖南省长沙县2个村庄403例老年高血压病人为对象,采用一般资料问卷、情绪调节自我效能感量表、自我调节疲劳量表、接纳与行动问卷进行问卷调查。结果:农村老年高血压病人的经验性回避总分为27.00(22.00,32.00)分。多元线性回归分析显示,个人收入、睡眠时长、文化程度、有无合并症、自我调解疲劳、情绪调节自我效能感是农村老年高血压病人经验性回避的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:农村老年高血压病人经验性回避水平较高。基层医护人员应关注农村老年高血压病人的经验性回避状况,采取针对性干预措施,基于自我调解疲劳和情绪调节自我效能感实施干预,以降低病人的经验性回避水平。

Objective:To investigate the status of experiential avoidance in elderly patients with hypertension in rural areas,and to analyze its influencing factors,in order to reduce the elderly hypertensive patients’ experiential avoidance and psychological problems. Methods:Four hundred and three elderly patients with hypertension from 2 villages in Changsha County,Hunan province,were selected by convenience sampling from August to October,2020,self-efficacy scale of emotion regulation,self-regulation fatigue scale,Acceptance and Action Questionnaire were used. Results:The total score of experiential avoidance was 27. 00(22. 00,32. 00). Personal income,length of sleep,educational level,with or without complication,fatigue of self-regulation and self-efficacy of emotional regulation were the influencing factors of experiential avoidance in elderly patients with hypertension in rural areas(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The level of experiential avoidance is higher in elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas. Grass-roots medical staff should pay attention to the empirical avoidance of elderly patients with hypertension in rural areas and take targeted intervention measures based on self-regulation fatigue and self-efficacy of emotional regulation,in order to reduce the level of experiential avoidance.
