摘要
水苏糖是一种功能性低聚糖,能通过促进肠道有益菌的增殖改善肠道功能,水苏糖因其功效和安全性被誉为"天然超强双歧因子"。随着生活水平的提高,人们开始更多地关注自身的健康状况,目前水苏糖的开发已经受到国内外学者的普遍重视,我国也于2010年将水苏糖归类为普通食品。本文在结合前人实验结果、搜集关于水苏糖的相关资料的基础上,整理水苏糖的保健功能及原理,对含有水苏糖的部分产品进行大致分类,为水苏糖在多种饮料产品中的应用提供参考。
Stachyose is a kind of functional oligosaccharide,which can improve intestinal function by promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in the intestine.Stachyose is known as the "natural super strong bifidus factor" because of its efficacy and safety.With the improvement of living standards,people began to pay more attention to their own health conditions.At present,the development of stachyose has received widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad.In 2010,China also classified stachyose as a common food.Based on the results of previous experiments and the collection of relevant information about stachyose,this article sorts out the health functions and principles of stachyose,and some products containing stachyose were roughly classified to provide reference for the application of stachyose in various beverage products.
