摘要 本实验建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定茶油中的Pb、Cu、As、Zn、Se和Mg等6种重金属元素的检测方法。优化样品消解条件和仪器测定条件,选择同位素^(187)Re、^(103)Rh、^(45)Sc、^(72)Ge作为内标元素来校正基体干扰。该方法的检出限为0.026~1.291μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为83.81%~111.00%,精密度RSD为0.3%~1.7%(n=7)。该方法用于测定衡阳地区茶油中有毒重金属的含量,结果准确,耗时短,效率高,初步判断该地区茶油中有害重金属含量较低,同时含有微量有益元素。 In this experiment,a method for the determination of six heavy metal elements including Pb,Cu,As,Zn,Se and Mg in camellia oil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.The sample digestion conditions and instrumental measurement conditions were optimized,and the isotopes ^(187)Re,^(103)Rh,^(45)Sc,and ^(72)Ge were selected as internal standard elements to correct the matrix interference.The detection limit of this method was 0.026~1.291μg·kg^(-1),the recovery rate was 83.81%~111.00%,and the precision RSD was 0.3%~1.7%(n=7).The method is used to determine the content of toxic heavy metals in camellia oil in Hengyang area,with accurate results,short time consumption and high efficiency.It is preliminarily judged that the content of harmful heavy metals in tea oil in this area is low,and it also contains trace beneficial elements.
