贝类食品中腹泻性贝类毒素检测能力验证结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Verification Results of Detection Ability of Diarrheal Shellfish Toxins in Shellfish Food

摘要 目的:通过参加国家食品安全风险评估中心组织的贝类食品中腹泻性贝类毒素检测的能力验证计划来确认及提高本实验室对腹泻性贝类毒素的检测能力。方法:依据《2020年国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》中的腹泻性贝类毒素测定的标准操作程序,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法对收到的贝类盲样进行检测,外标法定量。结果:样品编号为02-F的贝类盲样中,大田软海绵酸(Okadaic acid,OA)含量为293μg·kg^(-1),鳍藻毒素(Dinophysistoxins,DTX1)含量为215μg·kg^(-1),鳍藻毒素(Dinophysistoxins,DTX2)含量为236μg·kg^(-1),其他贝类毒素均未检出。结论:依据《能力验证结果的统计处理和能力评价指南》(CNAS-GL002),采取稳健Z比分数法对本实验结果进行分析和评价,结果满意。 Objective:To confirm and improve the laboratory’s ability to detect diarrheal shellfish toxins in shellfish foods by participating in the proficiency testing program for the detection of diarrheal shellfish toxins in shellfish food organized by the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center.Method:According to the standard operating procedures for the determination of diarrheal shellfish toxins in the 2020 National Food Contamination and Harmful Factor Risk Monitoring Workbook,the blind samples of shellfish received were tested by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with external standard method quantitative.Results:In the blind shellfish sample 02-F,the content of OA was 293μg·kg^(-1),the content of DTX1 was 215μg·kg^(-1),and the content of DTX2 was 236μg·kg^(-1),and no other shellfish toxins have been detected.Conclusion:According to the Statistical Processing and Ability Evaluation Guidelines for Proficiency Testing Results(CNAS-GL002),the results of this experiment are analyzed and evaluated by the robust Z-score method,and the result is satisfactory.
