茶树菇多糖提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:6

摘要 以茶树菇为原料,通过超微粉碎辅助热水浸提工艺提取茶树菇多糖。以多糖得率为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对茶树菇多糖提取工艺进行优化;进一步测定不同浓度乙醇醇沉得到的茶树菇多糖C1、C2对DPPH自由基清除率的影响。结果表明,茶树菇多糖最佳提取工艺为液料比为30:1(mL:g),提取温度100℃,提取时间3h,提取1次,在此条件下,茶树菇多糖得率可达11.96%±1.06%。此外,茶树菇多糖C1、C2具有良好的清除DPPH自由基作用,呈现良好的量效关系。 Agrocybe aegerita polysaccharide was extracted from Agrocybe aegerita by ultra-fine grinding assisted hot water extraction process.Taking the polysaccharide yield as the evaluation index,the extraction process ofAgrocybe aegerita polysaccharide was optimized by orthogonal test on the basis of single factor test;The effects of Agrocybe aegerita polysaccharide C1 and C2 obtained by ethanol precipitation of different concentrations on DPPH radical scavenging were further determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were liquid/material ratio of 30:1(mL:g),extraction temperature of 100℃,extraction time of 3 h,extraction once,under these conditions,the yield of Agrocybe aegerita polysaccharide could reach 11.96%±1.06%.In addition,Agrocybe aegerita polysaccharides C1 and C2 had good scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals,presenting a good dose-effect relationship.
