护理延伸服务对进展期胃癌患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Extended Nursing Service on Rehabilitation of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探讨观察护理延伸服务对进展期胃癌患者康复效果的影响。方法 2019年1月至2020年1月,抽取本院收治的118例进展期胃癌患者为临床研究对象,并按照不同的护理服务方法将118例患者分为观察组(n=59例,实施护理延伸服务)与对照组(n=59例,实施常规护理服务),两组患者均持续护理1年,获取护理相关数据并进行统计学分析。结果 (1)观察组的化疗完成度、治疗依从性均大于对照组,肿瘤复发率、肿瘤转移率均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)两组护理前的生命质量评分比较无差异(P> 0.05),两组护理后的生命质量显著提升,观察组护理后的生命质量评分(躯体健康、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(3)护理后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS、VAS评分改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(4)护理后,观察组患者的总蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(5)观察组(56例,占94.92%)患者护理后的满意度明显高于对照组(48例,占81.36%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护理延伸服务可辅助进展期胃癌患者顺利完成化疗治疗,可保障患者的治疗依从性,可改善患者的康复效果和生命质量,有效的改善患者的不良心理状态,减轻疼痛,维持机体的营养指标,提升患者的满意度,是值得推荐的一种护理策略。

Objective To investigate the effect of extended nursing service on the rehabilitation of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,118 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were selected as the clinical research objects,and 118 patients were divided into observation group(n=59 cases,the implementation of extended nursing service)and control group(n=59 cases,the implementation of conventional nursing service)according to different nursing service methods.The two groups of patients continued nursing for one year,and the nursing related data were obtained and statistically analyzed Analysis.Results(1)The chemotherapy completion degree and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the tumor recurrence rate and tumor metastasis rate were lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)There was no difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The quality of life after nursing in the two groups was significantly improved.The quality of life scores in the observation group after nursing(physical health,role function,emotional function,social function)is higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After nursing,the improvement effect of SAS,SDS,VAS scores of patients in the observation group is better than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After nursing,the levels of total protein,prealbumin,transferrin,and hemoglobin of the observation group improved better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The observation group(56 cases,accounting for 94.92%)patients'satisfaction after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(48 cases,accounting for 81.36%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing service can assist patients with advanced gastric cancer to successfully complete chemotherapy treatment,can guarantee the patient's treatment compliance,can improve the patient's rehabilitation effect and quality of life,effectively improve the patient's unhealthy mental state,relieve pain,and enhance the body's nutrition Indicators and patient satisfaction are a recommended nursing strategy.
