青光眼患者接受健康教育与综合护理服务模式前后的情绪状态与睡眠质量的比较

Comparative on the Emotional State and Sleep Quality of Glaucoma Patients Before and After Receiving Health Education and Comprehensive Nursing Services

目的比较青光眼患者接受健康教育与综合护理服务模式前后的情绪状态与睡眠质量。方法纳入90例青光眼患者,以随机抽取的方式进行对等分组,对照组(n=45)给予健康教育联合常规护理,试验组(n=45)在对照组基础上联合综合护理服务模式,总结分析两组的临床护理效果。结果护理后,试验组的SAS、SDS评分相较于对照组均明显更低,P <0.05;试验组的入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间以及入睡效率评分相较于对照组均明显更低,P <0.05;试验组的心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能以及物质生活评分相较于对照组均明显更高,P <0.05;试验组的护理满意度相较于对照组明显更高,P <0.05。结论青光眼患者接受健康教育与综合护理服务模式干预有助于改善患者的负面情绪状态,提高其睡眠质量与生活质量,对疾病康复有积极的作用,患者的满意度更高。

Objective To compare the emotional state and sleep quality of glaucoma patients before and after receiving health education and comprehensive nursing service mode.Methods A total of 90 glaucoma patients were included and randomly selected into equal groups.The control group(n=45)was given health education combined with routine nursing,and the experimental group(n=45)was combined with comprehensive nursing service model on the basis of the control group.The clinical nursing results of the two groups were summarized and analyzed.Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group,P<0.05.The score of sleep duration,sleep disturbance,sleep duration and sleep efficiency in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,P<0.05.The scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Glaucoma patients receiving health education and comprehensive nursing service mode intervention is more conducive to the improvement of patients'negative emotional state,sleep quality and life quality,and has a positive effect on disease rehabilitation,patients with higher satisfaction.
