齐拉西酮联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症急性期的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Ziprasidone Combined with Aripiprazole in the Treatment of Acute Schizophrenia

目的分析精神分裂症疾病特点,评价齐拉西酮联合阿立哌唑治疗的预后效果。方法选择我院精神科2019年6月至2020年6月收治的80例精神分裂症急性期患者,按照随机数字表法分组治疗,对照组采取齐拉西酮治疗,观察组联合阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组精神分裂症患者治疗情况,包括治疗效果、不良反应、生活质量及认知功能改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为97.50%,对照组总有效率为65.00%,组间有显著性差异,P<0.05;恶心、头晕、震颤、静坐不能等不良反应方面,观察组发生率(12.50%)明显低于对照组(32.50%),组间有显著性差异,P<0.05;观察组生活质量评分(88.80±6.60)分高于对照组(80.02±5.50)分,P<0.05;观察组患者的即刻记忆(19.90±4.20)分、延迟记忆(19.30±5.05)分、视觉记忆(13.90±2.50)分、延迟视觉记忆(14.50±3.20)分均明显高于对照组的(15.50±3.30)分、(14.22±4.05)分、(9.55±2.30)分、(10.50±2.50)分,组间有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论齐拉西酮联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果显著,安全性高,促进患者治疗预后,提升了患者的生活质量,改善了患者的认知功能状况。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of schizophrenia and evaluate the prognostic effect of ziprasidone combined with aripiprazole.Methods We selected 80 patients with acute schizophrenia admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020,and treated them in groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with ziprasidone,and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole.The treatment status of the two groups of schizophrenia patients was compared,including the treatment effect,adverse reactions,and the improvement of quality of life and cognitive function.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 65.00%,there are significant differences between the groups,P<0.05.In terms of adverse reactions such as nausea,dizziness,tremor,and akathisia,the incidence rate of the observation group(12.50%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(32.50%),and there was a significant difference between the groups,P<0.05;the 36-Item Short from Health Survey(SF-36)assessed the quality of life of patients,the observation group score(88.80±6.60)was higher than that of the control group(80.02±5.50),P<0.05;the immediate memory of patients in the observation group(19.90±4.20),delayed memory(19.30±5.05),visual memory(13.90±2.50),and delayed visual memory(14.50±3.20)scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(15.50±3.30),(14.22±4.05),(9.55±2.30),(10.50±2.50),P<0.05.Conclusion Ziprasidone combined with aripiprazole has a significant effect in the treatment of schizophrenia,with high safety,promotes the prognosis of patients,improves the quality of life of patients,and improves the cognitive function status of patients.
