目的分析快速检验技术在微生物检验中的效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年9月我院感染性疾病患者124例为研究对象,分别采用传统实验室检验和快速检验技术检验,对比两种检验方式的阳性率、准确度、敏感度、特异性。结果两种检验方式下大肠杆菌、肺炎链球菌以及绿脓杆菌阳性率并无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);快速检验时准确度和传统检验并无较大差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);快速检验特异性和敏感性高于传统检验,有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速检测时所需时间显著低于传统检测所需时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统检验方式相比,采用快速检验技术为感染性疾病患者进行快速检验时检验准确度无较大差异,但敏感性和特异性更高,同时也可有效缩短结果等待时间,有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid test technology in microbial test.Methods From March 2017 to September 2018,124 patients with infectious diseases in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Traditional laboratory tests and rapid test techniques were used to compare the positive rate,accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods.Results There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Escherichia coli,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa between the two methods(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the accuracy between the rapid test and the traditional test(P>0.05);the specificity and sensitivity of the rapid test were higher than the traditional test(P<0.05);The time required for rapid detection was significantly lower than that for traditional detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional testing methods,there is no significant difference in testing accuracy when using rapid testing technology for patients with infectious diseases,but it has higher sensitivity and specificity,and can effectively shorten the waiting time for results,which has clinical application value.
