针灸推拿配合康复措施对小儿脑瘫功能恢复预后的影响研究

Effect of Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Rehabilitation Measures on the Prognosis of Cerebral Palsy Recovery in Children

目的分析针灸推拿配合康复措施对小儿脑瘫功能恢复预后的影响。方法研究在2017年2月至2018年7月期间进行,随访期为1年,研究对象是我院的70例脑瘫患儿,按照入院的先后顺序对患儿分组,对照组35例给予常规康复措施,观察组35例在此基础上给予针灸推拿,对比两组患儿的疗效和预后效果,预后指标主要有GMFM、FMFM、BI指数、WISC-Ⅳ及综合功能评分。结果观察组治疗有效率是85.71%(30例),对照组是60.00%(21例),观察组更高,数据差异性显著,P<0.05,χ2=5.8514;治疗前观察组GMFM、FMFM、BI指数、WISC-Ⅳ及综合功能评分数据分别是(46.93±5.28)分、(69.23±5.83)分、(33.79±5.04)分、(98.11±6.21)分、(46.23±4.90)分,其数据较之对照组无差异,P>0.05,t=0.1775/0.5458/0.2509/0.5664/0.0435;观察组GMFM、FMFM、BI指数、WISC-Ⅳ及综合功能评分数据分别是(70.20±3.23)分、(94.60±4.82)分、(68.30±6.94)分、(117.90±6.14)分、(65.80±10.37)分,其数据较之对照组更为理想,且差异性显著,P<0.05,t=10.0770/12.8100/11.2766/9.9749/4.2614。结论针灸推拿配合康复措施治疗小儿脑瘫可以促进患儿运动功能、肢体功能、智力等各方面能力的恢复,改善患儿临床症状,预后作用十分积极,值得使用。

Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation measures on the prognosis of cerebral palsy recovery in children.Methods The study was conducted from February 2017 to July 2018 with a follow-up period of 1 year.The study object was 70 children with cerebral palsy in our hospital.The patients were grouped according to the order of admission,and the control group was given routine treatment.For rehabilitation measures,35 patients in the observation group were given acupuncture and massage on this basis.The efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were compared.The prognostic indicators were GMFM,FMFM,BI index,WISC-Ⅳand comprehensive function score.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.71%(30 cases),and that in the control group was 60.00%(21 cases).The observation group was even higher,with significant differences in data,P<0.05,χ2=5.8514.Before treatment,the observation group's GMFM,FMFM,BI index,WISC-Ⅳand comprehensive function score data were(46.93±5.28)points,(69.23±5.83)points,(33.79±5.04)points,(98.11±6.21)points,(46.23±4.90)points,the data has no difference compared with the control group,P>0.05,t=0.1775/0.5458/0.2509/0.5664/0.0435.After treatment,the observation group's GMFM,FMFM,BI index,WISC-Ⅳand comprehensive function score data were(70.20±3.23)points,(94.60±4.82)points,(68.30±6.94)points,(117.90±6.14)points,(65.80±10.37)points.The data were more than those of the control group.It is ideal,and the difference is significant,P<0.05,t=10.0770/12.8100/11.2766/9.9749/4.2614.Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation measures in children with cerebral palsy can promote the recovery of children's motor function,limb function,intelligence and other aspects,improve clinical symptoms,and have a very prognostic effect,which is worth using.
