优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的应用价值

Clinical Value of High-quality Nursing in the Nursing of Cerebral Thrombosis Patients

目的关于对脑血栓患者在护理中应用优质护理干预所取得的效果研究。方法将2017年9月至2018年9月到我院治疗的92例脑血栓患者按随机方法分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。两组患者均常规以溶栓治疗方法进行治疗,同时按照优质护理和常规护理对两组患者提供干预,对不同护理以后患者的满意度、负面情绪、躯体功能、生活质量等相关的指标进行统计和比较。结果①经过不同护理之后,观察组患者的整体满意度普遍比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②护理前,患者在焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、躯体功能、生活质量等方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、躯体功能、生活质量改善效果都普遍比对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑血栓患者在护理干预中通过优质护理服务加以指导,可以有效的提升患者的满意度,调节患者的焦虑与抑郁情绪,改善患者的运动功能和日常活动能力,对患者生活质量水平的提升具有重要的作用,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study the effects of high-quality nursing interventions in the nursing of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,92 patients with cerebral thrombosis who came to our hospital for treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 46 cases in both groups.Both groups of patients were routinely treated with thrombolytic therapy.At the same time,interventions were provided to the two groups of patients in accordance with high-quality nursing and routine nursing.Calculate and compare related indicators such as patient satisfaction,negative emotions,physical function,and quality of life after different care.Results(1)After different nursing care,the overall satisfaction of the observation group was generally higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Before nursing,the patients were in anxiety,depression,and physical function there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life,quality of life,etc(P>0.05).After nursing,the effects of improving anxiety,depression,physical function,and quality of life of the observation group were generally better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The guidance of high-quality nursing services for patients with cerebral thrombosis in nursing intervention can effectively improve patient satisfaction,regulate their anxiety and depression,improve their motor function and daily activities,and improve their quality of life.It has an important role and high clinical application value.
