To Discuss the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Pregnancy Hypertension

目的探究讨论妊娠期高血压的综合护理干预效果。方法将2017年8月至2019年8月的120例妊娠期高血压的患者纳入研究范围,并应用等量计算机随机的方式对其平均分组,分别应用综合护理干预方式(试验组)进行护理干预及常规护理干预方式(对照组)进行干预,对照组患者采取常规护理形式进行干预,在产妇入院后,护理人员需要告知患者采取左侧卧位休息,需要以蛋白质丰富和维生素丰富的食物为主,减少脂肪物质的摄入,一旦患者出现异常,以及时与主治医师取得联系。试验组措施主要包括健康宣教、健康宣教、药物护理、病情监护、产程护理、分娩后的护理等。对比并发症发生概率、新生儿体质量及阿氏评分。结果试验组发生先兆子痫、子痫及产后出血的并发症发生概率显著低于对照组,且试验组的新生儿体质量和新生儿阿氏评分均显著优于对照组,差异具有显著性,P<0.05。结论妊娠期高血压综合征(妊高征)是妊娠期特有的疾病。多数病例在妊娠期出现一过性高血压、蛋白尿等症状,在分娩后即随之消失。对妊娠期高血压患者应用综合护理干预措施进行干预,能够最大程度降低孕妇并发症的发生概率,确保新生儿的机体健康。

Objective To explore and discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnancy hypertension.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,120 cases of gestational hypertension patients in research scope,and application amount of computer random way for the average packet,comprehensive nursing intervention mode(experimental group)were used to nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention mode intervention(control group),control group patients with intervention by way of routine nursing care,after the puerpera is admitted to hospital,the nursing staff should inform the patient to take the left decubitus position for rest,to take protein-rich and vitamin-rich food mainly,to reduce the intake of fat substances,and to contact the attending doctor in case of abnormalities in the patient.The measures of the experimental group mainly include health propaganda and education,health propaganda and education,drug nursing,condition monitoring,labor nursing,post-delivery nursing,etc.The incidence rate of complications,newborn body weight and Apgar score were compared.Results The incidence rate of complications of preeclampsia,eclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the newborn body weight and Apgar score in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH)is a specific disease during pregnancy.Most of the cases appeared transient hypertension,proteinuria and other symptoms during pregnancy,which disappeared immediately after delivery.The application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures for patients with gestational hypertension can reduce the probability of the occurrence of complications in pregnant women to the greatest extent and ensure the health of newborns.
