乳腺癌术后患者的心理问题调查及护理对策

Psychological Problems of Breast Cancer Patients after Operation and Nursing Countermeasures

目的调查乳腺癌患者行乳腺癌改良根治术术后心理问题,针对问题给护理方法。方法选取2019年12月1日至2020年12月1日我院收治的80例接受乳腺癌改良根治术的患者,均在进行乳房全切术,对这部分患者进行心理健康情况调查,针对调查结果,存在心理问题的患者,给予护理干预,分析护理干预前后患者心理问题变化情况。结果80例患者中主要的心理问题如下:担心肿瘤转移或复发(91.25%),焦虑、抑郁(90.00%)、自卑(86.25%),针对患者所出现的不同程度的心理问题,给予相应的心理护理干预。经心理护理干预前后的对比,干预前后患者在抑郁等前后对比,患者在经过护理干预前后在经过护理干预前后,抑郁等心理问题对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者接受乳房全切术后采用心理护理干预具有显著积极意义,值得在临床后期护理中增加并实施。

Objective To investigate the psychological problems of breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy,and to provide nursing for them.Methods A total of 80 breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy from December 1,2019 to December 1,2020 were selected for breast resection.The mental health status of these patients was investigated.According to the survey results,patients with psychological problems were given nursing intervention,and the psychological problems of patients before and after nursing intervention were analyzed.Results The main psychological problems in the 80 patients were as follows:worry about tumor metastasis or recurrence(91.25%),anxiety,depression(90.00%),low self-esteem(86.25%),according to the different degrees of psychological problems in patients,corresponding psychological care was given intervention.The comparison before and after the psychological nursing intervention,the comparison of the patients before and after the intervention in depression,the comparison between the patients before and after the nursing intervention,the comparison of the psychological problems such as depression before and after the nursing intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for breast cancer patients after breast resection is of great significance and worthy of being implemented in the later stage of nursing.
