装配式混凝土建筑和传统现浇建筑相比,虽然具有机械化程度高、工人劳动强度低、生产环境好、安全性高等特点,但市场却不欢迎。其推广受阻的主要原因是装配式建筑相比于传统现浇建筑建造成本不但没有减少,反而增加。因此,如何有效控制成本,进行成本分析势在必行,对促进装配式混凝土建筑的推广具有实际意义。

Compared with traditional cast-in-place construction,fabricated concrete construction has many advantages,such as high degree of mechanization,low labor intensity of workers,better production environment and high safety,even if there is market share,most of the government is the result of the push,not the initiative of the enterprise choice.The main reason why its popularization is blocked is that the construction cost of prefabricated building is not reduced but increased compared with traditional cast in place buildings.Therefore,how to effectively control the cost and carry out the cost analysis is imperative,so that the cost advantage of the prefabricated building can be reflected,which is of practical significance to promote the popularization of precast concrete buildings.
