摘要
房建工程招标阶段的造价控制除了与企业效益有关,也直接影响工程建设质量。文章通过分析招标阶段造价控制的必要性,从严审施工图纸、工程量清单招投标、招标文件编写、合同审查、EPC及模拟清单等方面给出了有效的造价控制方案。
The cost control in the bidding stage of housing construction project is not only related to the enterprise benefit,but also affects the project construction quality.By analyzing the necessity of cost control in the bidding stage,this paper puts forward an effective cost control scheme by strictly reviewing construction drawings,bill of quantities bidding,bidding document preparation,contract review,EPC and simulation list,etc.
