Ghrelin对IBDV感染雏鸡法氏囊T淋巴细胞浸润的影响

Effect of ghrelin on T lymphocyte infiltration in bursa of Fabricius of chickens infected with IBDV

通过外源性添加Ghrelin,研究其对IBDV感染雏鸡法氏囊T淋巴细胞浸润的影响,同时也探讨了Ghrelin对法氏囊指数和滤泡大小的影响.研究结果表明:雏鸡IBDV感染2 d 2 dpi~4 dpi时IBDV感染组雏鸡法氏囊内浸润的T淋巴细胞逐渐减少,与IBDV感染组2 dpi~3 dpi时相比Ghrelin添加组法氏嚢内T淋巴细胞的平均光密度值显著提高,而4 dpi时Ghrelin添加组和感染组之间无显著差异.在整个试验过程中法氏囊指数的表现为:IBDV感染组、Ghrelin添加组法氏囊指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而感染组和Ghrelin添加组之间差异不显著(2 dpi除外)(P>0.05).法氏囊滤泡大小的表现为:感染组、Ghrelin添加组法氏囊滤泡大小均显著低于对照组,而Ghrelin添加组法氏囊滤泡大小显著高于IBDV感染组(P<0.05).该结果显示Ghrelin在IBDV感染早期能够促进T细胞在法氏囊中的浸润,适宜的Ghrelin添加时间能减缓IBDV导致的法氏囊损伤.该研究为禽类Ghrelin在雏鸡感染IBDV中的作用提供依据,也为Ghrelin在鸡免疫系统中的应用提供基础资料.

The effects of exogenous Ghrelin on T lymphocyte infiltration of Bursa of Fabricius in chickens infected with IBDV were studied,and the effects of Ghrelin on bursa index and follicular size were also investigated.The results showed that the number of T lymphocytes in the bursa of Fabricius was decreased in the IBDV infection group from the second day(2 dpi) to 4 dpi.Compared with the IBDV infection group, the number of T lymphocytes in the bursa of Fabricius increased significantly in Ghrelin administration group at 2 dpi and 3 dpi,while there was no obvious difference between the IBDV infection group and Ghrelin administration group.During the whole experiment time,the index of bursa in the IBDV infection group and Ghrelin administration group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).The mean size of bursal follicles in the IBDV infection group and Ghrelin administration group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05),while it was bigger in Ghrelin administration group than that of the IBDV infection group(P<0.05).The results showed that Ghrelin could promote T cell infiltration in bursa of Fabricius fabricius in the early stage of IBDV infection, and the appropriate time of Ghrelin supplementation could slow down the damage of bursa of Fabricius fabricius caused by IBDV.This study provided evidence for the role of Ghrelin in the infection of chickens with IBDV.It also provides basic data for the application of Ghrelin in chicken immune system.
