种植位点附着龈厚度增量的研究进展

在种植治疗中,种植体的成功取决于多种因素,良好的软硬组织是其中重要的一方面。种植体周围附着龈厚度不仅影响种植体的长期稳定性,还是保证种植修复美学效果的关键因素,种植美学强调了应纳入更多因素来界定种植体的成功标准,焦点已从单纯的种植体存活转移到获得长期美学效果,强调了病人对最终效果满意的重要性。牙齿缺失以后,缺牙区周围软硬组织量减少,因此增加种植体周围附着龈厚度,从而将薄龈生物型转化为厚龈生物型是口腔种植临床中的关键环节,本文就种植临床中常见的用于附着龈厚度增量的移植物作一综述。

In the implant treatment, the success of the implant depends on many factors, and good soft and hard tissue is an important aspect. The thickness of the attached gingiva around the implant not only affects the long-term stability of the implant, but also is the key factor to ensure the aesthetic effect of implant restoration. Implanting aesthetics emphasizes that more factors should be included to define the success criteria of implants,the focus has shifted from simple implant survival to achieving long-term aesthetic effects, and it also emphasizes the importance of patients’ satisfaction with the final results. After tooth loss, the amount of soft and hard tissue around the edentulous area decreases, thus increasing the thickness of the attached gingiva around the implant. Therefore, the transformation from thin gingival biotype to thick gingival biotype is a key link in the clinical practice of oral implantation. This article reviews the common grafts used to increase the thickness of the attached gingiva in the clinical implantation.
