重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的有效性和安全性

Efficacy and safety of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis

目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的有效性及安全性。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月我院皮肤科收治的80例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察组采用他克莫司软膏治联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的表皮油脂含量及表皮水分含量均增加,经皮水分丢失量均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的自觉症状、客观体征、DLQI及SCL-90评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的起效及痊愈时间短于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的效果显著且安全性高,可改善患者的皮肤屏障功能、心理状态,减轻临床症状及体征,提高生活质量及满意度,缩短治疗时间,并降低复发率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis admitted in dermatology department of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment,and the observation group was treated with tacrolimus ointment combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the epidermal oil content and epidermal water content increased in both groups,the transdermal water loss decreased,those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the conscious symptoms,objective signs,DLQI and SCL-90 scores in the two groups decreased,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis has a significant effect and high safety,it can ameliorate the patients'skin barrier function and psychological state,relieve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve the quality of life and satisfaction,shorten the treatment time,and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
