暖宫灸对轻度卵巢早衰患者卵巢储备功能及子宫内膜容受性的影响

Effects of warm uterus moxibustion on ovarian reserve function and endometrial receptivity in patients with mild premature ovarian failure

目的探究暖宫灸对轻度卵巢早衰患者卵巢储备功能及子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法将2020年4月至2021年10月收治的60例轻度卵巢早衰患者随机分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(常规治疗+暖宫灸),每组30例。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前、后的症状积分、卵巢储备功能及子宫内膜容受性相关指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的症状(头晕疲乏、腰膝酸软、烘热汗出)积分、卵巢储备功能相关指标(AMH、INHB水平和AFC)及子宫内膜容受性相关指标(子宫内膜厚度、分型及血流情况)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论暖宫灸在轻度卵巢早衰患者中的应用效果较好,可显著改善患者的卵巢储备功能及子宫内膜容受性。

Objective To explore the effect of warm uterus moxibustion on ovarian reserve function and endometrial receptivity in patients with mild premature ovarian failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with mild premature ovarian failure treated from April 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment)and observation group(routine treatment+warm uterus moxibustion),with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,ovarian reserve function and endometrial receptivity related indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms(dizziness and fatigue,weakness of waist and knee,heat and sweating)scores,ovarian reserve function related indexes(AMH,INHB levels and AFC)and endometrial receptivity related indexes(endometrial thickness,classification and blood flow)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm uterus moxibustion applied in the patients with mild premature ovarian failure has a better effect,it can significantly improve the ovarian reserve function and endometrial receptivity of patients.
