超声介导药物(祛湿止痛液)联合肌电生物反馈对卒中后肩痛患者的肩痛、肩关节运动功能改善效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察超声介导药物(祛湿止痛液)联合肌电生物反馈对卒中后肩痛患者的肩痛、肩关节运动功能改善效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的60例卒中后肩痛患者作为研究对象,按照入院号奇偶数字法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用肌电生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合超声介导药物(祛湿止痛液)治疗。比较两组的肩痛程度、肩关节活动度、上肢功能、生命质量及日常生活能力。结果治疗前,两组的肩痛程度VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后2、4、8周,观察组的肩痛程度VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的肩关节前屈、外展、外旋活动度无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的肩关节前屈、外展、外旋活动度均较治疗前增大,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的FMA、CMS、肩关节Neer评分、QOL-BREF及Barthel指数评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的FMA、CMS、肩关节Neer评分、QOL-BREF及Barthel指数评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用超声介导药物(祛湿止痛液)联合肌电生物反馈治疗卒中后肩痛的效果显著,可改善肩痛程度,提高肩关节活动度及上肢功能,改善患者的生命质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the improvement effects of ultrasound-mediated drugs(Qushi Zhitong liquid)combined with electromyographic biofeedback on shoulder pain and shoulder joint motor function in patients with post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even number method of admission number,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electromyographic biofeedback,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-mediated drugs(Qushi Zhitong liquid)on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The degree of shoulder pain,range of motion of shoulder joint,upper limb function,quality of life and ability of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS score of shoulder pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05);at 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the VAS score of shoulder pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in shoulder flexion,abduction and external rotation activities of shoulder joint between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the shoulder flexion,abduction and external rotation activities of shoulder joint of the two groups were greater than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were greater than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FMA,CMS,shoulder Neer scores,QOL-BREF and Barthel index score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,FMA,CMS,shoulder Neer scores,QOL-BREF and Barthel index score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound mediated drugs(Qushi Zhitong liquid)combined with electromyographic biofeedback in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain has significant effect,it can improve the degree of shoulder pain,the range of motion of shoulder joint and upper limb function,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
