益气化聚颗粒联合氯沙坦治疗高血压合并代谢综合征的效果及对患者糖脂代谢、血清CTRP1、APN、CysC水平的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huaju granule combined with losartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with metabolic syndrome and the influences on glucose and lipid metabolism,serum CTRP1,APN and CysC levels of patients

目的探讨益气化聚颗粒联合氯沙坦治疗高血压合并代谢综合征(MS)的效果及对患者糖脂代谢、血清补体C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白1(CTRP1)、脂联素(APN)、胱抑素C(CysC)水平的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2019年12月西安市中医医院收治的120例高血压合并MS患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=60)、联合组(n=60)。对照组予以氯沙坦治疗,联合组予以益气化聚颗粒联合氯沙坦治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组的临床疗效、血糖指标、血脂指标及血清CTRP1、APN、CysC水平。结果联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者的HbA1c及FPG、2 h PG水平均较治疗前降低,且联合组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者的LDL-C、TC水平均较治疗前降低,HDL-C水平均较治疗前升高,且联合组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者的血清CTRP1、CysC水平均较治疗前降低,APN水平均较治疗前升高,且联合组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气化聚颗粒联合氯沙坦治疗高血压合并MS的临床效果显著,对患者的糖脂代谢、脂肪因子表达及血管内皮功能均有显著的调节作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huaju granule combined with losartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with metabolic syndrome(MS)and the influences on glucose and lipid metabolism,the levels of serum complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 1(CTRP1),adiponectin(APN)and cystatin C(CysC)of patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension complicated with MS admitted in Xi'an hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2016 to December 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group(n=60)and combined group(n=60)based on the random number table method.The control group was given losartan treatment,the combined group was given Yiqi Huaju granule combined with losartan treatment,and both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose indexes,blood lipid indexes,serum CTRP1,APN and CysC levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,HbA1c,the levels of FPG and 2 h PG in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the combined group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of LDL-C and TC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the level of HDL-C was higher than that before treatment,those in the combined group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum CTRP1 and CysC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the level of APN was higher than that before treatment,those in the combined group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Yiqi Huaju granule combined with losartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with MS has a significant clinical effect,and has significant regulatory effects on glucose and lipid metabolism,adipokines expression and vascular endothelial function of patients.
