血府逐瘀汤加减辅助曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及对患者心绞痛症状、心功能及血清学指标的影响

Clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction supplemented with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its influences on angina pectoris symptoms,cardiac function and serological indicators

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤加减辅助曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及对患者心绞痛症状、心功能及血清学指标的影响。方法选择2018年10月至2020年10月我院收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式将其分为对照组(50例,曲美他嗪治疗)和观察组(50例,血府逐瘀汤加减辅助曲美他嗪治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效、心绞痛症状、心功能、血清学指标以及生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的心绞痛发作次数均减少,发作持续时间均缩短,VAS评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的LVEF、SV、J-Td比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的LVEF、SV均升高,J-Td均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的TG、hs-CRP、IL-6、VCAM-1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的TG、hs-CRP、IL-6、VCAM-1水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的SF-36各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SF-36各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减辅助曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,可减轻患者的心绞痛症状,提高心功能,改善血脂、炎症因子水平,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction supplemented with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its influences on angina pectoris symptoms,cardiac function and serological indicators.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(50 cases,treated with trimetazidine)and observation group(50 cases,treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction supplemented with trimetazidine)according to treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris symptoms,cardiac function,serological indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of angina pectoris attacks,duration of attacks and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups reduced,the duration of attacks shortened,the VAS score decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in LVEF,SV and J-Td between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,LVEF and SV increased and J-Td decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of TG,hs-CRP,IL-6 and VCAM-1 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TG,hs-CRP,IL-6 and VCAM-1 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction supplemented with trimetazidine has a significant effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,it can reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris,improve the heart function,ameliorate the levels of blood lipids and inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
